The quickest and easiest way for your client to apply is online through our Available Rentals.

  • Go to the Available Rentals page (above)
  • Select the property they wish to apply for and then select Apply Online.
  • Your clients can also pay their application fees when they apply.

When your clients submit their applications, they attest to the application being accurate and complete, so we request that you guide them through the process and form.

Please advise your client(s) to have all the required information and required forms ready to be attached to their application. There is a place on the application for them to add your name, your cell number, and email address. Call us if you have any questions, we're here to help you and your clients!

Our Agent Application Process and Timeline

  • This document is critical for you to review to better advise your clients on the timeline of an application with us. It provides all the information on the application process, approval and denial process, timelines, and commission submittal process.

Application Qualifying Criteria

  • This is our in-depth applicant qualifying criteria. Please review this with your clients prior to having them applying, we do not refund application fees.

Lease Guarantor

  • These two forms can be used ONLY if the applicant meets the criteria for the use of a lease guarantor, as stated in the Qualification Criteria. Please have the guarantor complete, sign, and return with your client's application package.

Sample Residential Lease

  • This sample lease is used by all residents. Depending on property owner requirements, some provisions may differ. Check with the Listing Agent before having your clients apply if there are any questions.

Animal Agreement

  • This is a sample of the animal agreement that is used if a pet/animal is allowed. All pets/animals must meet our [pet/animal criteria](), and go through our pet screening service.
  • NOTE: Some properties DO NOT take pets, and some have very specific limitations. Always check the listing on our website and with our office before having your clients apply.

Inventory and Condition Form

  • This form will be provided to the resident at lease signing. It is intended to provide residents the ability to document the condition of the property at move-in.
