The Marbridge Foundation
The Marbridge Foundation is one of only three in the United States, and the only one in Texas, that provides a full lifespan continuum of services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through their community. Since their establishment in 1953, their mission ensures that this often-neglected community has a place to grow and live their lives safely. The service and care this organization provides is truly unmatched. Residents of their community receive ongoing training, education, experiences, and employment opportunities to gain a higher level of independence. Ronald McDonald House
The Ronald McDonald House provides a home for families that have children in the hospital and are in need of housing. With volunteers providing meals, donations, resources and much needed time, the Ronald McDonald House can provide a room for these families to be with their child during a critical time for a small donation. Since 2014 Rollingwood Management's employees have volunteered to prepare a freshly cooked lunch for the residents, as well as providing donations throughout the year.
Manos De Cristo
The mission of Manos De Cristo is to empower low-income individuals with a loving hand of assistance and without regard to age, gender, race or religious preference. Manos De Cristo promotes dignity and self-reliance by meeting basic needs with food and clothing, providing essential oral care, and furthering educational development. Since 2016 Rollingwood Management Inc. has connected with Manos De Cristo through volunteer work and financial support. At events such as their school supplies roundup, they help get prepared for school by providing over 2,000 backpacks and school supplies for kids.
Other Organizations We've Supported In The Past
Operation Blue Santa
This amazing organization brings a Christmas dinner and gifts to families in need in the Austin area, and has done so since 1972! In 2019 the Austin Police Operation Blue Santa reached over 8,500 families during their annual drive. Visit their site for more information or to support Operation Blue Santa.
From 2005 to 2023, Rollingwood Management helped their outreach each year by assisting in various ways. That service ranged from helping collect toys from community donations, transportation, and organizational needs. In 2024 the organization shifted how volunteering with their organization shifted, and we were unable to continue to support them in person. However, we as a firm still strongly encourage supporting them as a firm, and believe in their mission here in the Austin Area!
